You are not listed on the ANAF website as having outstanding debts to the state budget exceeding 10,000 lei or more than 2% of turnover
You are not listed in CIP with a ban on issuing checks or with promissory notes refused in the last 6 months
There are no shareholders or directors involved in other companies undergoing insolvency, and in the last 6 months no delays over 30 days have been reported in the CRC
